Programs help young athletes develop wrestling fundamentals, strength, discipline and confidence in a supportive team environment.
4TH - 8TH GRADE
BOYS WRESTLING
Develop wrestling fundamentals, build strength, and sharpen competitive skills through structured practices and team instruction. Athletes gain confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship while challenging themselves, supporting teammates, and growing on and off the mat.

GIRLS WRESTLING
A dedicated program where girls can develop wrestling skills, build confidence, and gain valuable competitive experience. Through practices, local tournaments, and teamwork, athletes grow on and off the mat while building friendships and a love for the sport.

BANTAM/LITTLE LEAGUE
Little League Wrestling introduces kids to the sport through learning new skills, competing in local tournaments, and having fun with teammates. Building confidence, friendships, and memories on and off the mat!
