By Signing my athlete(s) up for sports through North Sevier Recreation, I agree to be a positive example of good sportsmanship and show full respect to:

• The Current Rec Director (Devyn Storey)

• The Assistant Rec Director (Reanna Batt)

• The Referees, Umpires and other Officials (regardless of experience)

• My Athlete's Coach (Remember they are volunteers)

• The opposing team's coach

• The opposing teams parents

• The opposing team's players

• Other Cities Recreational Directors + Assistants

• Any other individual involved in the program that may not be stated

I understand that I may be permanently removed from viewing or participating in my athlete’s recreational activities if the above statement is not followed.
