Waiver

By purchasing a membership or daily pass at the North Sevier Recreation Center, I understand that I am responsible for damages caused by myself. I understand it is a privilege to use the building and equipment provided by the building. I understand that I am responsible for cleaning up the area I was using. I understand there are cameras in the building for everyone’s protection and the NS REC and Salina City are allowed to monitor inappropriate behavior. I understand that I am responsible for paying the daily fee or membership offered to be able to use any part of the facility. I understand that I cannot sue or take any legal action against the NS REC or Salina City if I am at fault for an accident or injury.
